In this video I look at gold price and silver price and how they have come down significantly over the last 2 days. On WED, March 20th gold hit an all time high. Since then gold has dropped considerably and silver has dropped nearly $1. Why is silver price down and why is gold price down? The USD is surging because the Swiss National Bank decided to start cutting rates. When a central bank starts cutting rates this usually makes the currency weaker. Because the Swill Franc is getting weaker this is making the dollar stronger and pushing gold and silver down in dollar terms. Gold surged to an all time high in the Swiss Franc on the back of this news. Is this trend in silver and gold going to continue? I think that once the FED starts cutting rates that will be very bullish for precious metals. Chase Bank is predicting $2,500 gold and I think that is a real possibility.
