The Marijuana Opportunity Reinvestment and Expungement Act of 2021, or MORE Act, was recently reintroduced by House Judiciary Committee Chairman Jerry Nadler, D-N.Y.
The Act aims to decriminalize marijuana usage, as well as remove cannabis from the list of controlled substances.
